Ember Spirits Privacy Policy

ILearn Games Studios LLC (“we”, “our” or “us”) makes the Ember Spirits game (“the game”). This policy explains what information is collected when you play it, why, and the choices you have. By using the game, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
You don't need an account, and the game never asks for your name, email or other personal details. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Your game progress
Your spirits, items and progress are saved on your device. If you use Google Play Games or Android backup, a copy is also kept in your Google account (see sections 2 and 3). We don't receive your save.
Information collected automatically
The game itself doesn't use analytics or tracking tools and doesn't send us information about you or how you play. Our advertising partners collect limited information to show ads, described in section 4.
2. Cloud saves with Google Play Games
If you're signed in to Google Play Games, the game stores a copy of your progress in Google Play Games Saved Games, linked to your Google account, so you can get it back on a new phone or after reinstalling. This copy is held by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can play without signing in; your progress then stays on your device. You can delete Play Games data from your Google account settings or the Google Play Games app.
3. Android device backup
If backup is turned on for your device, Android may include the game's save file in your device backup to your Google account. Only the save file is backed up. You control this in your device's backup settings.
4. Advertising
The game shows occasional ads using Unity LevelPlay mediation, with ad networks such as Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. Ads are always non-personalized. Our advertising partners may collect and process limited information, such as:
- Device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID
- Device information, such as model and operating system version
- Approximate location, such as country or region
- Ad interactions and basic app usage data
This information is used only to deliver non-personalized ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings. You can learn more about how our advertising partners handle data in their privacy policies: Unity Technologies and ironSource Ltd.
5. In-app purchases
The game offers an optional one-time purchase to remove ads. Payments are handled by Google Play; we never see or store your payment details. Purchase information is used only to unlock and restore the ad-free experience.
6. GDPR and EEA users
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your personal data is processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because the game's ads are never personalized, they don't rely on consent for personalized advertising. Limited data may be processed under legitimate interest for ad delivery, ad measurement and fraud prevention. You have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold; contact us using the details below.
7. Children's privacy
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared with service providers (Google and our advertising partners) only as needed to run the game as described above, or when required by law.

- Remove ads with the one-time purchase
- Play without signing in to Google Play Games
- Manage your Advertising ID and device backup in your device settings
- Uninstall the game at any time, which deletes the save on your device
11. Data retention
Your save stays on your device until you uninstall the game or start over. Cloud and backup copies stay in your Google account until you delete them. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you, or as required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
